At Kutub Salafiyyah, we aim to ensure you receive your order exactly as expected. We only accept returns if the mistake was on our part, such as sending the wrong item. Please note that books may come in various colours (however different prints of the same titles will be listed as a different product).

For items that already have damage, we will always inform you prior to shipping the item via the contact details you provide or we will list the item in our Deals & Discounts section. Please note that Kutub Salafiyyah cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs during or after shipping.
